GUIDED PRANA

Mental health isn’t just in your head.

I work with the full picture—thoughts, emotions, nervous system patterns, lifestyle, nutrition, and the biological factors that can shape how you feel.

The goal is not to overwhelm you with modalities. It is to understand what is actually keeping you stuck and choose the right path forward.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about KAP

What is ketamine-assisted psychotherapy?

KAP pairs ketamine treatment with dedicated psychotherapy. I provide the psychotherapy portion, while Journey Clinical’s medical team determines eligibility, develops the medical treatment plan, prescribes medication, and monitors outcomes.

How do I know whether I am eligible?

You begin with a medical evaluation through Journey Clinical. Their clinician reviews your medical and psychiatric history and determines whether KAP is appropriate for you.

What form of ketamine is used?

In my work with Journey Clinical, eligible clients use prescribed sublingual ketamine lozenges. Journey Clinical provides instructions for taking vitals and self-administering the medication.

What happens during the process?

The process generally includes a Journey Clinical medical consultation, preparation session(s) with me, a supported dosing session, integration therapy, and medical follow-up with Journey Clinical.

Can KAP be provided remotely?

Yes, when clinically and medically appropriate. Remote dosing sessions require an approved setting, a responsible adult chaperone, and compliance with Journey Clinical’s safety requirements.

Are KAP services covered by insurance?

Medical and psychotherapy fees are separate. Coverage and out-of-network reimbursement vary, so costs and payment options are reviewed before treatment begins.

How do I get started?

Start by scheduling an Initial Intake with me. During this session, we'll discuss your goals, history, and whether KAP may be an appropriate option. If KAP appears to be a good fit, I'll guide you through the next steps for medical evaluation with Journey Clinical.
