INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY

Therapy that makes room for the whole story.

You are more than a diagnosis—and your distress does not exist separately from your body, your environment, what you have lived through, or the systems that have shaped you.

A DIFFERENT LENS

What if the question isn't simply, “What's wrong with you?”

Guided Prana takes an integrative approach to psychotherapy. We can explore thoughts and emotions while also paying attention to nervous-system patterns, physical health, nutrition, sleep, relationships, environment, identity, spirituality, and lived experience.

The goal is not to force every experience into one explanation. It is to understand the person in context and build care around what is actually happening in your life.

THE GUIDED PRANA LENS

Prana guided by the whole person.

Biology

Sleep, nutrition, metabolism, hormones, physical health, nervous-system physiology.

Psychology

Thoughts, emotions, beliefs, behaviors, coping patterns, and mental health.

Ecology

Home, work, culture, systems, environmental exposures, and the world around you.

Experience

Trauma, attachment, medical experiences, religious experiences, and your lived story.

Connection

Relationships, belonging, boundaries, values, self-connection, nature, and meaning.

Prana isn't another box to check. It is the vital current moving through the whole system.

WHO I HELP

Especially for people who have felt unheard by systems meant to help.

Medical Trauma

Space to process experiences of dismissal, loss of autonomy, frightening procedures, chronic illness, difficult treatment experiences, or feeling unheard within healthcare.

Religious & Spiritual Trauma

Support for examining fear, shame, coercion, identity, belonging, grief, or relationship wounds connected to religion or spiritual communities—without imposing a belief system on you.

Trauma, Anxiety & Burnout

For hypervigilance, overwhelm, grief, chronic stress, difficult transitions, relationship patterns, or the sense that your current ways of coping no longer fit.

WHAT THERAPY CAN LOOK LIKE

Collaborative, curious, and grounded in autonomy.

Sessions are individualized rather than built around a rigid protocol. Depending on your goals, our work may draw from motivational interviewing, person-centered and strengths-based therapy, ACT, CBT/DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, somatic awareness, narrative work, attachment and systems perspectives, and trauma-focused approaches.

When relevant, we can also consider how sleep, nutrition, stress physiology, physical health, and other whole-person factors intersect with mental health rather than treating the brain as though it exists in isolation.
